LUCAS PICCA at the front desk was extraordinary as were WALTER and GABRIEL. I would hire them. They were very helpful with my sister who was hit by a drunk driver and needed much medical attention and hotel assistance. ERICA, Constanza, Camila and Diego in the restaurant were helpful with breakfast. YOLANDA, MARCELA, ESTELA and Patricia were exceptional with cleaning rooms. I unequivocally recommend this place because of the people who work there.

Very responsive staff, friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast is really outstanding. Location is convenient, easy to find taxis etc. In the lobby complementary water/lemonade and some snacks. This is not the most beautiful hotel but well-organised and good value for money.

Great location, access to Subte next door, easy to get to wherever you want/needed to go. We walked to most places. Very nice breakfast, staff very helpful with anything you needed. Modern hotel in an area with a lot of vintage architecture. Skinny hallways but nice sized rooms. Very comfortable. Worked well for 2. Bonus - Starbucks on the corner!

Staff were always prepared to go the extra mile,nothing too much trouble. In particular Pablo who made our stay, so kind & helpful. He is a real asset to the company. In fact every company should have a Pablo!!!. We think he will do well with N H.

1) Location is very close to the Obelisk and the Corrientes street and a block away from the major street where there are a ton of restaurants and shops. Pharmacy, Starbuck and many other stores are right across the street from the hotel. There are 2 subway stations nearby. 2) Room: We had a superior room and it was super LARGE with an incredible wide and circular floor to ceiling window. 3) Breakfast was good and had hot and cold items, fruit, all sorts of sweets, and juices.

The rooms were excellent, a good size with lovely beds. The hotel is modern inside and more spacious than many. The staff was friendly and efficient. And it is a great location, safe and pretty central to most things.

The location of the hotel is very centrally located (a.o. Calle Florida 500 meter and very close to the Obelisk). The breakfast is extremely good with a lot of food options= perfect! With nice long operating hours. The staff is super friendly and everybody is doing their best, although not everybody speaks very good English. For example Melanie from the front desk helpt us patiently for a long time to obtain our Covid test results (website in Spanish) as the results did not arrive by mail.

Great location in the centre of Buenos Aires - near to the Casa Rosada, the Obelisk, and Puente de la Mujer, and about an hour's walk away from the parks in Palermo and the galleries there. Reception staff were friendly and helpful - we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and use the Wifi. Breakfast had lots of options and all the food was very fresh - great way to start the day. Our room was really large and comfortable. The gym is as pictured - useful to have but the air conditioning in it could have been better (from experience of other hotel gyms, this is standard so just for info).

Location was really good...check in was supposed to be 3pm, we arrived at 9am to drop our luggage, we asked if any room would be available earlier, Gabriel the receptionist said to come back between 10.30 and 11am and one might be ready....we were in a large clean room at 10.45am ....Great service.
